How does WISE-xb works?
 

The WISE-xb establishes a link between the computer and the telephone system. When a call comes in, it triggers the computer (with WISE-xb system) to process data and/or commands, and it also gives signals to the telephone system to carry out relevant operations. If calling party’s info exists, all these info will be pop-up when agent answers the call. All data and voices, if any, will be synchronized and logged in real time.
