  Epro Telecom’s multi-media contact centres successfully passed the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification audit

 

Committed to our mission, “To be a long-term professional Contact Centre Partner that adds value to our Clients’ business”, Epro Telecom has continuously strived to provide, in all aspects, the best service to our clients. Since obtaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certifications in 1997 and 2011 respectively, Epro Telecom has established sets of policy and procedure to ensure the service quality and information security provided are complied with the international standards, and which in turn helps to gain a lot of recognition and support from our clients in all these years.

In the summer of 2012, Epro Telecom has successfully passed the “ISO 9001:2008” renewal audit and “ISO 27001:2005” surveillance audit carried out by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA). Epro Telecom will continue to uphold our professional standards and look forward to bringing better services and continuously add value to our clients in the future.
