  Epro Group received “China’s Best Call Centre in Outsourcing Award 2013” in Guangzhou

 

The awards ceremony of the “China’s Best Call Centre Award 2013” held at Guangzhou on 16th and 17th October 2013, is the only representative award ceremony of China Call Centre in the whole year. With over 20 years of rich experience in providing one-stop outsourcing total contact centre solution to various industries, Epro Group has proudly received the award of “China’s Best Outsourcing Call Centre Award 2013”.

The “China’s Best Call Centre Award 2013”ceremony was hosted by China Call Centre and CRM Association (CNCCA), and co-organized by CTI Forum, and fully supported by Shenzhen Call Centre Association. The objective of the award is to encourage the development of Call Centre Industry in China, and serves as a benchmark with the international standards. In recognition of the contribution of all enterprises in the China Call Centre Industry, the awards pay tribute to and affirm the outstanding performance of individual call centres in China.

Mr. John Zhang, the Assistant General Manager of China Business Development, represented the Epro Group to receive the award and expressed that, “It is our honor to receive the award of China’s Best Outsourcing Call Centre. In the future, Epro Group will continue to provide high quality service at international standards and make positive contribution to the China Call Centre Industry.”
