“Jung” (glutinous rice dumpling) has always been the typical festival food for Tuen Ng Festival (or Dragon Boat Festival). While there are various types of “jung” such as alkaline rice dumplings, steamed rice dumplings, stove rice dumplings, etc., traditional Cantonese style salted meat rice dumplings has always been the most popular one in Hong Kong. So right before the festival holiday, we shared the rice dumplings with all colleagues and wish everyone has a happy and enjoyable long weekend to come!
