Architecture Overview of the WISE-xb System
The communication layer includes various on-demand applications, e.g. featured Predictive Dialer, WISE-xb Monitor, and other applicable ones, to be build upon the WISE-xb application programming interface (API.)
The WISE-xb Platform is the core operational layer containing various servers, e.g. RM, IVR, and SFax Server etc. for exclusive controls over the service requests from clients.
The Data Exchange Layer is the repository for defined data records generated from the working processes. |
