The holding company of Epro Telecom, ETS Group Limited (Hong Kong stock code: 8031), has successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 9 January 2012 by way of Placing. ETS Group issued 70 million shares at a placing price of HK$0.6/share, raising a total amount of HK$42 million.
