To cope with the business expansion, Epro Telecom announces the relocation of the contact centre from Cheung Kong Electric Building to Hoi Luen Industrial Centre in August 2011. The new contact centre is now under renovation and estimates to start its operation before the end of September 2011. With over 10,500 square feet in area, Hoi Luen Centre can accommodate around 200 workstations.
 
Chief Executive Officer of Epro Telecom, Ms. Carol Chang expressed, “The location of the new contact centre is highly desirable.  With only 3 - 5 minutes walking distance from the MTR station and a long line of bus stops along Kwun Tong Road, the high accessibility of the contact centre can help the Group to attract and retain more agents, which is of great importance to our business.  We look forward to ride on the new and bigger contact centre to bring in more business to the Group.”
 
Epro Telecom will be hosting around 900 workstations in a total operation area of 43,000 square feet after the new contact centre has put into services.
