Mr. Ling holds a Bachelor of Science & a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California in Berkeley, USA, is one of the founders of the Group. Mr. Ling established EPRO Systems Ltd in early 1985, which is a well-established system integrator in Hong Kong. Before starting business of EPRO Systems, he had been the Far East Software Services Manager of Digital Equipment Corporation since 1979. Mr. Ling has over 30 years of experience in IT management and corporate governance in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Currently, he is the Committee Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference ( CPPCC ) in Liwan District, Guangdong Province of PRC.

Mr. Wong holds a Diploma in Management and a Master Degree in Business Administration is one of the founders of the Group. He was the Management Information System Manager of Star Paging (Holding) Ltd, one of the largest paging operations in Hong Kong. During his services with Star Paging, he was responsible for managing the entire management information system of the paging group. He is also the founder of Epro Logic Ltd (formerly known as Brightfair Technology Ltd), incorporated in 1989 that mainly involved in paging system software design for carriers in South East Asian countries. Mr. Wong has over 20 years of experience in handling, managing and investing in telecommunication business in Hong Kong, PRC and South East Asian countries. He is a veteran in telecom system development, and possesses rich partnership experiences with key telecommunication corporations in South East Asia.

Ms. Chang, holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in the United States of America. After working in the United States for 2 years, she came back to Hong Kong and joined EPRO Systems Ltd in 1988 in marketing computer systems software. She started working for Epro Telecom Holdings Ltd in 1991 and was promoted to General Manager of the Company in 1994, Chief Operating Officer in 2003 and Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Throughout the years, Ms Chang is chiefly responsible for managing the overall Hong Kong contact centre service business in terms of sales, business development as well as operation. In 2008, Ms. Chang was appointed as the Executive Director of Epro Group, the holding company of Epro Telecom Holdings Ltd.
