Mr. Siu obtained a Bachelor degree in Commerce - Accounting from Deakin University, Geelong, Australia in 2003. He is a member of Certified Practicing Accountant Australia and a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Siu joined the Company as Head of Corporate Finance and Planning in 2009.

Ms. Chang, holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in the United States of America. After working in the United States for 2 years, she came back to Hong Kong and joined EPRO Systems Ltd in 1988 in marketing computer systems software. She started working for Epro Telecom Holdings Ltd in 1991 and was promoted to General Manager of the Company in 1994, Chief Operating Officer in 2003. Throughout the years, Ms Chang is chiefly responsible for managing the overall Hong Kong call center service business in terms of sales, business development as well as operation.
