Mr. Wong holds a Diploma in Management and a Master Degree in Business Administration is one of the founders of the Group. He was the Management Information System Manager of Star Paging (Holding) Ltd, one of the largest paging operations in Hong Kong. During his services with Star Paging, he was responsible for managing the entire management information system of the paging group. He is also the founder of Epro Logic Ltd (formerly known as Brightfair Technology Ltd), incorporated in 1989 that mainly involved in paging system software design for carriers in South East Asian countries. Now, he is responsible for directing the whole business policies and strategic development of Epro Group. |

Ms. Chang Men Yee, Carol – Chief Executive Officer |

Ms. Chang, holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in the United States of America. After working in the United States for 2 years, she came back to Hong Kong and joined EPRO Systems Ltd in 1988 in marketing computer systems software. She started working for Epro Telecom Holdings Ltd in 1991 and was promoted to General Manager of the Company in 1994, Chief Operating Officer in 2003 and Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Throughout the years, Ms Chang is chiefly responsible for managing the overall Hong Kong contact centre service business in terms of sales, business development as well as operation. In 2008, Ms. Chang was appointed as the Executive Director of Epro Group, the holding company of Epro Telecom Holdings Ltd. |

Dr. Leung Wai Cheung, Gary – Financial Advisor

Dr. Gary Leung joined Epro as Financial Advisor, is a member of FCCA, ACIS, ACA. Brings with him in-depth experience in the finance field, Dr. Leung holds Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Management, Doctor of Education in Educational Management, also Master of Professional Accounting. In the past twenty years, he has assisted a number of companies gone through the IPO process and to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Currently Dr. Leung is responsible for the corporate finance of Epro Group, also holds teaching post in The Open University of Hong Kong (LiPACE) and HKU SPACE Community College (HKU SPACE) . |

Mr. Suen Fuk Hoi, Eric – Financial Controller |

Mr. Suen, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from The Open University of Hong Kong and has obtained the associated membership of HKICPA since 1998. He had worked in a US listed company in Hong Kong for more than seven years before joining Epro Group in 2003. He now specializes in the Group's financial system development, treasury, consolidation and financial management. |

Ms Ting Yee Mei – General Manager, Operation |

Ms Ting, holds certificate in HKMA for Supervisory Skill, and certificate in Labour Department for Labour Ordinance, Conflict Resolution, and Staff Relations Management, Ms. Ting also completed ISO Training at Epro call centre. Prior to joining Epro in 1991, Ms. Ting had been the Operation Manager of Star Paging for 12 years. She has solid management experience in call centre operation and has managed over 1,000 agents during her service with Star Paging. She has over 24 years of experience in managing sizable call centre. Now Ms. Ting oversees the operation of Epro call centre to handles inbound / outbound programs and also insourcing projects. |

Mr. Yeung Tim Hee, Tony – General Manager, Call Centre |

Mr. Yeung started his career at the Hong Kong Telecom (HKT) in 1981. He worked in the Customer Front Office for 17 years and was a member of the group responsible for all HKT's call centre requirements. He was profoundly involved in the development and implementation of the state-of-the-art call centre rota and management system at HKT before joining Epro Telecom in 1999. With his extensive and solid experience in the realm of call centre business, Mr. Yeung is now the General Manager-call centre of Epro to in charge of the operation management of all outsourcing call centre services. |

Mr. Yu Yeuk Sze, Kenneth – General Manager, IT |

Mr. Yu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from the City University of Hong Kong and is a Project Management Professional credential holder. Before joining Epro in 2003, he has over 10 years of experience in IT system development, network infrastructure design and operation support; with more than 8 years worked in HK and US listed companies. Mr. Yu possesses strong technical and project management skills, and is now in charge of the IT department of Epro. |

Mr. Cheung Chi Tat – Software Development Manager |

Mr. Cheung Chi Tat, Software Support Manager, holds Higher Diploma in Electricity and Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He had served in Star Paging and obtained vast experience in pager and digital television software development before joined Epro in 1990. Mr. Cheung has over 18 years of software development experience, is now mainly in charge of the continual development and enhancement of WISE-xb contact centre System Solution and related projects. |

Mr. Mak Kui Cheung, Patrick – Human Resources and Administration Manager |

Mr. Mak, holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and the membership of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Before joining Epro Group, he has worked in some large-scale or multi-national companies in various industries for over 18 years, gained in wide exposure in the human resources markets of Hong Kong, PRC and Macau. Currently, Mr. Mak oversees the development and management of Human Resources strategies and Administration of the group. |

Ms. Chan Hing Sun, Fanny – Marketing Manager |

Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong, and Professional Diploma in Management and Marketing for Business Events. Before joining Epro, she has worked in some trading and advertising companies in executive positions, gained rich experiences in organizing marketing events and managing corporate and promotional publications. Ms. Chan now oversees the marketing activities and brand image of the group. |
