Overview

Incorporated in 1990 as a pioneer in the local outsourcing business, EPRO TELECOM is now one of the largest total contact center services providers in Hong Kong’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

We are running a multi-media 24x7x365 outsourcing contact center operation in Hong Kong with ISO9001 certification, hosting over 850 working positions and over 1,000 agents providing inbound and outbound contact center services to prestigious clients.

Riding on the long success of total contact center solutions experience in Hong Kong, Epro positions in PRC self-owning contact center operation cater over 450 work positions in Guangzhou, China. The combined Hong Kong and Guangzhou contact center operations host over 1,300 working positions and occupy a total of 68,000 sq. feet. Diversified business platform with high quality of service is built to meet each clients unique contact center needs.
